BPS Resolved is a Sydney CBD based firm providing corporate and personal insolvency management and reconstruction services.
We operate a flat structure and leaders are expected to be hands-on, technically strong with a commitment to professional standards, compliance and solid ethics. Our teams interact with appointees and partners at triage, file strategy and decision making levels and we place a high emphasis on culture and mutual respect within a collegiate framework.
About the Role
We want emerging or proven leaders who have partnership firmly on their agenda.
You will lead a team to manage a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency appointments and take operational ownership of file strategy, investigations, matter outcomes and P&L impact.
As a leader you will supervise and mentor professional staff and review their work for technical accuracy and compliance. You'll engage directly with creditors, referrers, legal advisors and regulators and contribute to our business across marketing and business development, internal systems and processes, and the professional and personal development of your team.
Qualifications
-
3+ years insolvency and restructuring experience, including managing engagements and teams

Well-developed insolvency technical knowledge and capable of managing multiple files

CA or CPA (or equivalent) qualified

ARITA qualified or working towards qualification

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
